Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To provide the title system excellent in operating efficiency, labor saving and automation, equipped with a sowing device, germination device and raising seedling device. CONSTITUTION:The objective system, 100 equipped with (A) a sowing device 200 to sow plant seeds on the raising seedling mat held in a raising seedling box, (B) a germination device 400 to receive a sowed raising seedling box from the device A and germinate the plant seeds under their germinating conditions, and (C) a raising seedling device 500 to receive a germinated raising seedling box from the device B and raise seedlings while alternately keeping them under their growing environment in the daytime and under their dormant environment during the night.
