Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To enable shortening of time necessary for determining a control parameter value by expressing transport equations with ordinary partial differential equations for determined representative points in small radius direction of plasma and assuming parameter values at each point with approximation equations. CONSTITUTION:By assuming the value of a plasma parameter i on a small radius r of plasma at cirtain time to be Li(t,r), transport equations are expressed with partial differential equations and the transport equation having N represen tative points rk(K=1, 2-N) in a small radius direction of plasma at a time t is expressed with an ordinary differential equation. By assuming measured parameter value Li(t,rk) at each point with approximation equations, the trans port equations are numerically analyzed. With this method, the parameter values L(t+DELTAt,rk) at t+DELTAt after DELTAt time can be obtained at high sped with maintaining accuracy. Thus, a controlling parameter value for plasma generation and heating method can be determined with a high speed, and flexible control and improve ment in stable maintaining of plasma become possible. |
