FITTING STRUCTURE OF TIGHT FRAME FOR FOLDING ROOF PLATE

PURPOSE:To reduce construction period, by sticking wave bottom plates of trapezidal wave tight frames on the upper face of a supporting member to form a unit and bolt-jointing this unit at the fixture of the upper face of a beam. CONSTITUTION:Wave bottom plates 2 of tight frames 1 applied with bending works of trapezoidal waves on a metallic belt plate are fixed on the upper face of a steel supporting member 4 having lateral holes 3 for inserting bolts by fillet welding to form a tight frame supporting unit 5. Next, a couple of metal fixtures 8 having the lateral holes 7 are fixed in the beam width with a certain interval on the upper face of the steel beam 6 in a construction body by fillet welding 13. Next, the supporting member 4 in the supporting unit 5 is placed on the upper face of a beam 6 and the metal fixture 8 and the supporting member 4 are connected by bolts 9. In this way, the fixing cost of the tight frame 1 can be reduced.
