MANUFACTURE OF IRON CORE FOR STATIONARY ELECTROMAGNETIC INDUCTION EQUIPMENT

PURPOSE:To eliminate control work to arrange property the stacked height of iron core by laying out a pair of cut sheet groups manufactured in such a manner that each adjacent portion of steel band in its longitudinal direction may be stacked alternately inside two leg sections in a coil window so as to constitute said iron core. CONSTITUTION:Iron core cut sheets 12a and 12b, and 15a and 15b are formed so that their respective thickness may be identical. The iron core cut sheets 12b and 15a are stacked in a leg section 5 in a coil window while the iron core sheets 15b and 12a are stacked alternately. This construction makes it possible to eliminate the difference of the lamination height of the iron cores in the legs in the coil window attributed to the difference of the thickness of steel bands and clamp the iron cores uniformly, thereby eliminating control work to arrange the lamination height of the iron cores in the leg sections in the coil window.
