PANEL ASSEMBLY TYPE WATER TANK AND HEAT STORING TANK

PURPOSE:To make it possible to assemble a water tank and a heat storing tank using only panels of the same shape by using five sheets or more of square- plate-shaped fiber-reinforced plastics panels having edges inclined at a specific slope. CONSTITUTION:A plate-shaped square panel 20 comprises a plate-shaped panel body 1 and flanges 2, in which each flange 2 is inclined at more than 130 degrees and less than 150 degrees. When two sheets of the panels 20 are joined at right angles, fibers in the flange 2 do not fracture easily as far as 150 degrees so that assembly is possible. A plurality of bolt holes 5 are formed in the flange 2, which is joined with a flange of other panel by means of bolts. When adhesive compound or bar-shaped silicone rubber are applied to the corner where three panels are joined, leaks of water from the corner can be completely prevented. Heat insulating material 4 is bonded to the body 1 or an outer cover 3 is bonded to the body 1, into which foam insulating material is filled. A cubic heat storing tank is provided by assembling six panels 30, wherein the flanges 2 are joined by means of bolts. Packings 6 are provided at each corner to establish wetertightness.
