BLASTING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To prevent in advance the state of the increase and decrease of a feeding quantity due to the state change of a cleaning and grinding material and of an impossible feeding, by providing a screw feeder which feeds a cleaning and grinding material to a blasting nozzle with its being cut out by a constant quantity each, on a cleaning and grinding material tank. CONSTITUTION:A cleaning and grinding material 6 held in a cleaning and grinding material tank 9 is fed to a cleaning and grinding material feeding pipe 8 by constant quantities by a screw feeder 21, and is used for a blast processing by jetting toward a work together from a blast nozzle 7 with a high speed air. Namely, the cleaning and grinding material 6 is fed to the blast nozzle 7 with its being forcibly discharged from the tank 9. As a result, the feeding quantity of the cleaning and grinding material 6 is not increased or decreased, there is no unfeeding of the cleaning and grinding material 6, and the stabilization of the cleaning and grinding material 6 can be realized.
