Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To reduce the power consumption of battery to prevent the battery from dying and reduce driving noise of a motor by holding disengagement of a clutch even if the motor of an actuator is turned OFF when the disengagement of the clutch has continued for a constant time or longer. CONSTITUTION:A fluid pressure circuit 11 which transmits driving force of a motor 2 of an actuator 3 to a clutch plate 5 is provided between the actuator 3 and a clutch 1, while a stop valve 12 for prohibiting engagement of the clutch plate 5 is provided in the fluid pressure circuit 11, wherein a controller 4 is constituted such that the stop valve 12 is set to a closed posture when disengagement of the clutch has continued for a constant time or longer and also current supplied to the motor 2 of the actuator 3 is shut, so that current of the motor 2 of the actuator 3 can be cut while disengagement of the clutch is retained when the disengagement of the clutch has continued for a constant time or longer. Therefore, consumption current of a battery 10 is reduced to prevent the battery from dying and also driving noise of the motor can be reduced.
