ASSEMBLING DEVICE FOR LOST WAX CASTING

PURPOSE:To prevent heating of a wax product from a side part with a heat insulating material and to smoothly and surely stick the wax product to a connecting part in the product by arranging the heat insulating material on the surface of a heat plate facing to the side part of wax product. CONSTITUTION:A shallow V shaped bracket 17 is fitted at the tip part of a piston rod in horizontal cylinder 16 and further, the heat insulating material 18, shallow V shaped heat plate 19, heater 20 and heat insulating material 21 are fitted to this bracket 17 with fitting screws 22. The piston rod in the horizontal cylinder 16 is retreated, and after drawing out from a part between upper face 28 at the connecting part 25 in the product of wax assembly 26 and the end face at basis part 5 of the wax product 2, a piston rod in a lifting cylinder is again descended in a little. In this result, the basis part 5 of wax product 2 is pressed to the upper face 28 of connecting part 25 in the product of wax assembly 26 and stuck, and by holding for about 1 sea, the stickness of both bodies is completed.
