Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide the subject paint containing a specific cationic electrodeposition resin, a modified cationic electrodeposition resin and a curing agent as main components and giving a coating film having excellent edge-corrosion, resistance, surface smoothness, etc. CONSTITUTION:The objective paint is composed mainly of (A) a cationic electrodeposition resin produced by adjusting the electrodeposition speed of an epoxy resin having an epoxy equivalent of 190-2,000 (preferably 400-1,500) to a level higher than that of the cationic electrodeposition resin of the following component B, (B) a cationic electrodeposition resin produced by modifying the epoxy resin of the component A further with a plasticizing component (e.g. polyamide resin) and (C) a curing agent (preferably block polyisocyanate).
