Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To contrive a rapid and accurate filling irrespective of operating atmosphere by a method wherein the raw liq. from a plurality of raw liq. tanks is measured by a mass flowmeter, the raw liq. is fed at a point at which the measured value of each mass flowmeter is stabilized while it is being circulated to the raw liq. tank under control and the liquids are subsequently mixed and filled. CONSTITUTION:The pH value of each raw liq. to be treated is registered in a computer 22, a separate record card for the filled amt. of each raw liq. to be treated is set in a card reader 18 and a changeover switch 25 is switched to a plurality of filling positions. When a switch is turned on, the pH value of each raw liq. is fed from each pH meter 3 into the computer 22 to judge whether or not it is a proper raw liq. The filled amt. of each raw liq. is fed from the card reader 18 into the computer 22 to be displayed thereon. When a control valve 6 is released after confirmation of such amt., a circulation of each raw liq. is produced under control through a mass flowmeter 5, the control valve 6 and a three-way valve 7 to each raw liq. tank 1. Each raw liq. is sent into a static mixer 9 simultaneously with its flow set at a constant predetermined rate and by the switching of the three-way valve 7 and the time control of each two-way valve 8. The already filled container is recorded by a printer. |
