PARTICULATE TRANSPORTING SLANT BELT CONVEYOR

PURPOSE:To prevent conveyance materials from slipping off a belt by deforming an upper side flanged belt in a slant part into a shape having a bag-like cross section, engaging seal ear parts while push-pressing both upper outside edges by means of seal rollers, and wrapping the conveyance material in while supporting the lower part from below with push-pressing rollers. CONSTITUTION:A flanged belt 24 in a slant part is introduced into a space between both side seal rollers 13a and 13a', push-pressing rollers 13b and 13b' and the upper and the lower fixed guide rollers 14a and 14b in a support roller device 11. Seal ear parts 21a and 21b are push-pressed in a space between the seal rollers 13a and 13a', and a recessed groove 22 and a projecting strip 23 are engaged so as to form a cylindrical shape. Thereby, the belt can wrap particulate in the cylindrical shape part, and is push-pressed from the right and the left sides by means of the lower part push-pressing rollers 13b and 13b', and can convey it while being supported from below with a lower guide roller 14b. In this way, the particulate is put under a sealed condition so that it can be conveyed without slipping off the belt.
