Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To reduce maintenance cost by water sprinkling and carry out effective utilization of water by laying a water-impermeable layer of waterproof sheet, etc., on a base in a divided area, preventing permeation of water into underground, storing water in a storage facility and reutilizing water for water supply to the divided area. CONSTITUTION:A base 1 is formed by leveling the present ground by cutting and banking. A water-impermeable layer 2 prevents water in soil in a divided area from permeating into underground. An inclination is provided to the water impermeable layer 2 so as to discharge water. Then water is properly pumped from a storage tank into a water tank by a pumping means 7 and then water is supplied utilizing its weight from the water tank.
