SEMICONDUCTOR STORAGE

PURPOSE:To prevent the malfunction of a memory application system by providing a latch circuit which holds the output state of an amplifier circuit set right before the change of an address in response to a signal showing the change of an address signal. CONSTITUTION:A semiconductor storage includes a latch circuit 15 which holds the output state of an amplifier circuit set right before the change of an address in response to a signal that shows the change of an address signal. The circuit 15 can be connected to the amplifier circuit via a transfer gate. In this case, a high impedance is secured between the circuit 15 and the amplifier circuit in a data holding period of the circuit 15. Then the circuit 15 holds the output state of the amplifier circuit set right before the change of an address in response to a signal showing the change of the address signal. The holding value of the circuit 15 can be outputted to a data bus of a memory application system. Thus it is possible to prevent the malfunction of the system without causing an oscillating state despite the omission of a tristate of the data output.
