Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To improve a compressive strength and a tensile strength by forming a central layer made of fiber mat, in which the resin is impregnated, into the form of a suspension arm, and laminating winding layers made of filament, in which the resin is impregnated, in both surfaces of inside and outside of the central layer, and pressing them. CONSTITUTION:A central layer 1 of a suspension arm is made of the fiber mat plate material, in which the resin is impregnated, and formed with an arm main frame part 2 and eye part fitting holes 3 drilled in both ends thereof. Winding layers 4 made of filament are laminated in both surfaces of inside and outside of the central layer 1. Furthermore, roving is wound on the winding layers 4 so as to coincide with peripheral form of the central layer 1, and thermoforming thickening is performed after the winding. After laminating the winding layers 4 in both inside and outside of the central layer 1, they are pressed in the laminating direction to be bonded integrally and hardened, and a suspension arm having a flat H-type longitudinal cross section is formed.
