LASER MARKING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To subject all kinds of products and above all, products produced in diversified kinds in a small quantity to extremely efficient marking with high quality by constituting the laser marking device to have the combined functions of a one-character extraction system and a scanning system. CONSTITUTION:The laser marking device equipped with a laser oscillator 19 for pulse oscillation, a mask 11 regularly arranged with required characters, symbols, etc., a scanning mirror 13 for character selection to irradiate arbitrary one character on this mask with a laser beam, a scanning mirror 15 for position control to polarize the laser beam 12 past the mask to an arbitrary place, an objective lens 18 for condensing the laser beam and a beam matching optical system disposed to condense the laser beam past the mask to the scanning mirror for position control in the state of the collimated beams of light is constituted by having the laser oscillator 19 for continuous oscillation or Q switch pulse oscillation, a diffusing lens 23 for diffusing the laser beam outputted from this laser oscillator and an optical path switching section 21 for introducing this laser beam to the scanning mirror for position control.
