ON-LINE TRANSMISSION/RECEPTION CONTROL METHOD

PURPOSE:To attain the application to an on-line transmission/reception system with a simple operation by providing a transmission file production part, transmission processing part, proof check processing part, control information file, storage, and a screen. CONSTITUTION:A transmission processing part 2 performs such operations for the transmission/reception control, the display of the transmission/reception state, an automatic receipt request, an automatic continuation request, etc. A proof check processing part 3 performs the full comparison of contents between a transmission file 7 and a reception file 8 which are stored after transmission of the document data and then carries out the proof check. A control information file 5 secures the correspondence between the document data (procedure) and a unique control No and controls the transmission state (untransmitted, under-transmission and transmitted modes), the transmission result (reception/non-reception), etc. A storage 6 uses a nonvolatile storage, etc., a hard disk device, etc., and is provided with the files 7 and 8 and a receipt reception file 9, etc. Thus an on-line transmission/reception operation is simplified.
