CONSTITUTION:A resin for coating and adhesion of metal is obtained by introducing 5 to 2,000 equivalents/ton of benzotriazole rings into a polyester resin, a polyurethane resin, an epoxy resin, an acryl resin or the like and compounding a curing agent, such as an alkyl-etherified formaldehyde resin or a polyisocyanate compound therewith.
