Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of burr by eliminating the adhesion of the broken piece of a ceramic green sheet to the fracture of a punching hole by applying a liquid to the side surface of a punch to be used at the time of punching processing of the ceramic green sheet. CONSTITUTION:A punch 13 having a columnar shape is arranged above a die 11 to which a hole 11a having a desired diameter is formed so as to be fitted in the hole 11a and a stripper 12 is arranged in order to hold a ceramic green sheet 10 and a liquid supply nozzle 14 is held in the vicinity of the side surface of the punch 13 so as to be positioned above the stripper 12. In punching processing, a proper amount of a liquid 15 is dripped from a liquid supply nozzle 14 to be applied to the side surface of the punch 13 by utilizing the capillary phenomenon of the gap between the punch 13 and the stripper 12 and, subsequently, the punch 13 is allowed to fall to punch the ceramic green sheet 10. As the liquid 15 to be used, for example, toluene capable of dissolving the binder (polyvinyl butyral) of the ceramic green sheet 10 is used.
