Next, a current is flowed between the body 24 and the transmitting pin 25, and the butted parts of both end faces 24d and 25d are fused by the heat generated by the resistance at the butted parts or the heat of arc generated, and both end faces 24d and 25d are joined together, and the body 24 and the transmitting pin 25 are united, thus a movable iron core 23 is obtained.
