MANUFACTURE OF MOVABLE IRON CORE

PURPOSE:To manufacture a movable iron core quickly with little manhours and enable long service life by butting one end face of a transmitting pin against one end face of the body in the condition that the axes of the main body and the transmitting pin coincide with each other, and letting a current for welding flow between both sides so as to weld them by the heat generated by resistance. CONSTITUTION:In the condition that the axes 24c and 25c of a body 24 and a transmitting pin 25 coincide with each other, both end faces 24d and 25d are butted. Next, a current is flowed between the body 24 and the transmitting pin 25, and the butted parts of both end faces 24d and 25d are fused by the heat generated by the resistance at the butted parts or the heat of arc generated, and both end faces 24d and 25d are joined together, and the body 24 and the transmitting pin 25 are united, thus a movable iron core 23 is obtained.
