Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To save a waste of the material to aim at the cost down by forming an oil reservoir provided in the periphery of an opening end of a cylinder of a clutch hub with plastic deformed thick part, where the inner periphery of the opening end of the cylinder is crushed to the axial direction to be thickened inside of the radial direction. CONSTITUTION:In a clutch hub 10, an inner flange 13 is formed in one opening end of a cylinder 12, and an outer gear 145 is formed outside of the cylinder 12. Multiple small holes 15 for supplying the lubricating oil to a wet-type plate clutch located outside of the cylinder 12 are drilled in the cylinder 12. An oil reservoir 16 is provided in the inner periphery of the opening end of the cylinder 12, and that oil reservoir 16 is formed with the plastic deformed thick part, where he inner periphery of the opening end of the cylinder 12 is crushed to the axial direction to be thickened inside of the radial direction. With the described structure, a plate thickness including a cutting width is unrequired to eliminate chips to be rejected, and a processing time shortened. A cost can be therefore reduced.
