Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent system down by by-passing a PCS from a network system by connection switching at the time of switching switches to take in the transmission signal of the PCS itself as a reception signal for the purpose of performing the self-diagnosis. CONSTITUTION:If trouble occurs in the PCS provided with a communication control part 1, this PCS switches the switches to connect mobile contacts 23 and 24 to fixed contacts 19 and 20 as shown by arrows for the purpose of performing the self-diagnosis of trouble. In accordance with this switching connection, mobile contacts 25 and 26 are connected to fixed contacts 21 and 22 by switching as shown by arrows. Therefore, the transmission signal from the communication control part 1 flows to contacts 11, 23, 19, 20, 24, and 12 and is returned to the communication control part 1. Consequently, self-diagnosis of the PCS is possible. Since the reception signal from the system side flows to contacts 14, 26, 22, 21, 25, and 13 and is returned to the system side, system down is prevented.
