Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prepare the title compsn. having satisfactory elastomeric characteristics, excellent sliding characteristics, vibration damping properties, etc., and suitable for a sliding material by mixing a fluororubber, a thermoplastic fluororesin, and a low-mol.-wt. fluoropolymer. CONSTITUTION:A fluororubber pref. having a mol.wt. of 100000-250000 (A), a thermoplastic fluororesin (e.g. a tetrafluoroethylene/perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether copolymer) (B), and a low-mol.-wt. fluoropolymer (C) are mixed pref. in a wt. ratio of A/B of (50:50) to (95:5) and a wt. ratio of A/(A+B) of (5:100) to (50:100), giving the title compsn. Examples of the fluoropolymer are a fluoroolefin, a fluoropolyether, and a polyfluoroalkylated compd. each having a mol.wt. of 5000 or lower.
