PALLET CHANGER FOR INJECTION MOLD MACHINE

PURPOSE:To install a pallet changer to an existing injection mold machine by composing the pallet changer of a perfect independent type wherein all pallet changer mechanisms such as a frame elevating/lowering mechanism, a horizontal driving means of a 1st work pallet and a driving means of a pallet holding means, etc., are provided in perfection. CONSTITUTION:On the side of a laser beam machine 1, a projecting work table 12 is retreated in the direction of an arrow F. Qn the side of the pallet changer 15, two front and rear links 35A, 35B and 35C, 35D connected through a stay 39 are rotated by a prescribed angle round a fulcrum pin 39 respectively simultaneously in the direction of an arrow M, N elevated by a distance L2 from a previous 2nd exchange reference position ZP2 and positioned to a 1st exchange reference position ZP1. Accordingly, the 2nd work pallet 17 is elevated by the same distance and positioned to the 1st exchange reference position ZP1. Then, at the same time that the 1st work pallet 16 is moved horizontally to the side of the pallet changer 15, the 2nd work pallet 17 is moved horizontally to the side of the laser beam machine 1.
