Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To eliminate remote power source ON/OFF line and to reduce cost of a power transmission line by forming a power source ON/OFF control signal from a data signal to be output from a data receiver by a single pulse generator and a power source ON/OFF interface. CONSTITUTION:In a remote power source ON/OFF controller, a single pulse generator 4 continuously outputs a signal of a predetermined time width each time it is triggered by a data signal output from a data receiver 2. A power source ON/OFF interface 5 converts a signal to be output from the generator 4 to a power source ON/OFF control signal, has a relay circuit, and supplies ON/OFF signal of its contact to a power source ON/OFF unit 7 as a power source ON/OFF control signal. An auxiliary power source 9 always continues supplying power to sections even if a remote unit is deenergized. According to this device, the power source ON/OFF control signal is formed of the data signal to be output from the receiver by the single pulse generator and the power source ON/OFF interface, a remote power source ON/OFF line can be eliminated.
