Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To obtain magnetic metallic powder having excellent oxidation stability by dispersing the magnetic metallic powder into a soln. dissolved therein with a chelating agent and depositing the chelating agent on the particle surface of the magnetic metallic powder. CONSTITUTION:The magnetic metallic powder (e.g.; nickel powder, cobalt powder) is dispersed into the soln. prepd. by dissolving therein with the chelating agent and the chelating agent is deposited on the particle surface of the magnetic metallic powder, by which the magnetic metallic powder having the excellent oxidation stability is obtd. The oxidation stability is additionally improved by oxidizing preliminarily the particle surface of the magnetic metallic powder. A method for exposing the magnetic metallic powder into the vapor evaporated from the chelating agent and coating the chelating agent on the particle surface of the magnetic metallic powder is also used. Acetyl acetone, diethyl tartrate, monoethanol amine, etc. are adequately used for the chelating agent. |
