PURPOSE:To improve workability and to save labor as well, by arranging a released body of a slicing piece with its approaching to a transfer belt at the transfer side of a detector and outputting a retreat switching signal to a switching means with the detection signal transmitted from the detector. CONSTITUTION:A detector 6 detects the arrival of a slice piece mal, when the slice piece mal of the tipmostis transferred to a dish loading position X. Thereafter, a control unit 8 outputs a retreat switching signal to a switching means 5, after outputting a driving signal continuously to a driving motor S by a certain time. Then, a 2nd roller R2 is guided to the rear part and becomes in a switching posture Z with its retreat by a certain distance (t) from an ordinary posture Y. At this time the slice piece mal located at the tipmost is slightly superposed on a released body 7, so the peeling of the slice piece mal is assisted, when the 2nd roller R2 is retreated, and it is dropped on a pan 26 without sticking to a transfer belt 4, therefore without the tipmost slice piece mal being wound in the transfer belt 4.
