CONSTITUTION:A sheet part 5 is roughly circular one attached to master ribs 4 ... centering around a shoe 5 formed in the end part of the opposite side to a grip handle 3 of an umbrella shaft 2, and it is that which consists of a sheet of a cloth or a synthetic resin, etc. In such a sheet part 5, an ultraviolet- ray absorbing film 9 is formed on the reverse side. This ultraviolet-ray absorbing film 9 is formed from a paint manufactured by using zinc oxide whose particle diameter is
