Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To further improve watertightness and to sharply improve workability by using a watertight compound having a scorch time layer than 20 minutes at a temperature of 130 deg.C a conductive carbon of 50 to 60wt.% for mixture. CONSTITUTION:A watertight compound, whose scorch time at a temperature of 130 deg.C is not less than 20min, is adopted. In order to obtain proper hardness of the watertight compound, a conductive carbon of 50 to 60wt.% is mixed. A stranded conductor 10 is a stranded conductor compression-processed so that the sectional occupied area rate may be 85 to 95% as compared with that before the compression process while being formed by stranding a plurality of strands 11. A gap between the strands 11 excepting the surface of the strand conductor 10 is filled with a watertight compound 12 and thereon a rubber - plastic insulating layer 13 is coated for being composed.
