PURPOSE:To hold and release a disk film easily and speedily by mounting the circumferential edge of the disk film on a hollow moving base, and holding its circumferential edge on the moving base by a holding means. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with the hollow moving base 42 on which the circumferential edge of the disk film is mounted, the holding means consisting of a couple of pins 62 and 64 for holding the circumferential edge of the disk film on the moving base 42, and an elevating means made of an elavation shaft, etc., which is inserted into the hub hole 26 of the disk film mounted on the moving base 42 and elevates the disk from the moving base 42. Further, the device is provided with a driving means which lifts the disk film from the moving base 42 by the elevating means after releasing the disk film from being held by the holding means.
