DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT METHOD FOR WORD PROCESSOR

PURPOSE:To uniformly manage plural files managed in respective files as one file by setting up format information in each page of one file. CONSTITUTION:Reference format information to be frequently used for a certain document as references is registered. In the case of using format information different from the registered one at the time of forming a document, it is unnecessary to redefine the format information. After completing the formation of a document corresponding to one page, the existence of its continued pages is decided, and when continued pages exist, the above operation is repeated. When a continued page does not exist, the formation of the document is ended. Consequently, a document requiring plural format information can be uniformly managed as a file.
