Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To effectively use a limited space, to perform a high cooling performance, to obtain sufficient strength against a vibration of a vehicle and to improve dust prevention, foam prevention properties by providing a refrigerant transmitter, etc., having a hollow block and formed with hollow refrigerant passages. CONSTITUTION:A refrigerant transmitter 22 is formed in a slender rectangular box, partitioned therein at each predetermined interval by partition plates 22a to form a plurality of refrigerant passages 22b. The passage 22b at the end of the transmitter 22 is opened to communicate with a cavity groove 21b of a hollow block 21. A plate 22a is formed at its rear end side with a refrigerant passage over the entire periphery of the inner wall of the transmitter 22, and cooling medium is easily fed into and out of the passages 22b. Accordingly, the groove 21b of the block 21 communicates with the passage 22b of the transmitter 22, and the medium can be freely fed. Since a semiconductor element is so provided as to be brought into contact with the surface of the block 21, cooling performance is improved while alleviating a limit in a space, sufficient strength is provided for vibration, and dust prevention, foam prevention properties can be improved.
