MOLDING FORM UNIT FOR HOLLOW CONCRETE MEMBER AND MOLDING METHOD

PURPOSE:To make operation easy by installing a form unit provided with a solid member-make outer form, a baggy fluid mat type inner form being inflated by injection of a fluid, and a guide regulating a form or the like of the inner form in relation to the outer form, respectively. CONSTITUTION:Each hole 11 of a pair of end form end plates 8 is fitted in both ends in the longitudinal direction of a pole reinforcing bar 13 for a reinforced assembly 2, and this assembly 2 is inserted into an outer form body 6, while both these end plates 8 are locked to the outer from body 6. Next, a fluid mat type inner form 3 is inserted into the reinforced assembly 2 from a hole 10 of the end plate 8 on one side, and a valve 17a is connected to an air compressor, injecting air. With this air injection, the inner form 3 is inflated and thereby it comes into contact with each of reinforcing bars 13, 14, then concrete is placed in space between the outer form 1 and the inner form 3, forming a hollow concrete member. With this constitution, a job for mounting and dismounting can be facilitated.
