DEVICE FOR AUTOMATICALLY CONNECTING HOOP

PURPOSE:To automate connection of both ends between front and rear hoops by providing a junction upper mold which enables the end of the hoop of a second reel to be locked on the lower face of the end portion of an arm fixed to the upper end of an inner shaft which is concentrically fitted into an outer shaft and which reciprocates by rotation by 180 deg. degrees, and making the junction upper mold freely rising and falling at the final point of rotation of the arm while facing a junction lower mold. CONSTITUTION:The end of the hoot (a) of a first reel R1 is caught through an electric signal, etc., and locked on a lower mold 7. An arm 9 comprising the end of the hoop (b) of a second reel R2 lockingly attached to an upper mold 10 in advance is rotated together with a reel holder 12 through 180 degrees by means of actuation of an oil cylinder 13 and when the upper mold 10 reaches on the lower mold 7 the arm 9 is made to fall down and closely abut against the lower mold 7 and then both of the hoots (a) and (b) are connected together in a totally automatic fashion by some junction means incorporated in the lower mold 7 and/or the upper mold 10.
