CONSTITUTION:The driving force of a motor 4 is transmitted to the planetary gear 51 of a planetary gear system, and the rotating speed of the brush of a brush tool 5 is increased. The driving force of the motor 4 is reduced via a reduction system 8 and transmitted to a rotary casing 2, and the rotating speed of the rotary casing 2 is decreased. The rotating speed of the brush of the brush tool 5 is increased, and the revolving speed of the brush is decreased.
