The circulation liquid taken out of the extracting line 10 is cooled by a pre-cooler 50, thereafter it is prefer able that water is dispersed onto an icing plate of the icing concentration machine 20 to make ice. The generated ice is dehydrated, stored in a melting tank 36 and a condensing machine of a freezer of the icing condensing device 20 is cooled by its fusion heat. |
