Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To adjust a concentration of circulating liquid by a method wherein the circulating liquid utilized as a heat source for a heat pump system and circulated between an open-type heating tower and a freezer is cooled to a temperature of icing point or less of water mixed into the circulating liquid so as to remove the generated ice. CONSTITUTION:This device is used for adjusting a lowered concentration by taking-in moisture of surrounding air under circulation of anti-freezing liquid through a heating tower 6. This device is comprised of mainly a circulation liquid extracting line 10 for branching the circulation liquid from a circulation line 5 and taking it out, an icing concentration machine 20 for cooling the taken-out circulation liquid to a point of its condensing temperature or less to change the moisture content into ice, and a high concentration circulation liquid air supplying line 80 for sending back the high concentration circulation liquid to the circulation line 5. The circulation liquid taken out of the extracting line 10 is cooled by a pre-cooler 50, thereafter it is prefer able that water is dispersed onto an icing plate of the icing concentration machine 20 to make ice. The generated ice is dehydrated, stored in a melting tank 36 and a condensing machine of a freezer of the icing condensing device 20 is cooled by its fusion heat.
