Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To detect connection conditions or both housings easily and facilitate the sure and complete connection by arranging the locus of engaging point of an engaging member at a specified distance to the center of rotation of member, and providing a connector connection detection circuit. CONSTITUTION:The opening 2a of a groove 2 is formed in a larger diameter than an engaging piece 3 to extend toward the rotation center of an arm 1. A gradually narrow part 2b approaches the center (o) gradually while extends to the center (o) of a play part 2c with a specified distance. Contact pieces 4 are formed while they extend from the center of the forked arm 1 outwards, and the tip ends thereof are formed in the shape of an arc in the inner width direction to become contacts 5a, 5b. On both sides of female housing B, connection condition detection terminals 6, 6 are provided. To the contacts 6a, 6b of the terminals 6, 6, a connector connection detection circuits 8 are connected through leads (r). When the arm 1 turns to connect both housings A, B to each other to bring the contacts 5a, 5b into contact with the contacts 6a, 6b, the detection circuit 8 is driven thereby.
