Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To obtain the title precursor having excellent reeling properties and productivity, by attaching a finishing oil to acrylonitrile-based yarn tow comprising drawn filaments, winding and heat-treating at a specific temperature for a specific time. CONSTITUTION:For example, an acrylonitrile-based polymer comprising >=85wt.% acrylonitrile is spun and drawn to give acrylonitrile-based yarn tow having >=1,000 filaments, which is provided with preferably >=0.05wt.% finishing oil (e.g. polybutene), wound and heat-treated in an atmosphere at 60-120 deg.C, preferably 70-100 deg.C for at least 6 hours, preferably 7-24 hours to give the objective precursor.
