WINDOW GENERATING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To suppress the overlap of windows, and to release an operator from the troublesomeness of operation to change the window by providing a window information storage part, a window position determining means and a window output means. CONSTITUTION:When the output request of the new window is issued from a microcomputer 1, in response to it, a window information control part 6 reads out window information from the window information storage part 5, and sends it to the window position determining part 8. The window position determining part 8 executes the changing processing of a new window position and the size of the window being displayed before from the given window information. Accordingly, since blank space for displaying the new window is generated previously, the overlapped display of the windows can be positively avoided to the utmost. Thus, time for the operator to change the position or the size of the window because of the impropriety of an overlapping state can be saved.
