TREATMENT OF COIL TERMINAL

PURPOSE:To secure the sufficient strength of lead wires against pulling and moreover, to make beautiful the finish of a coil by a method wherein a terminal block is placed and fixed on a coil strand wound on a coil bobbin in an insulated state, the end parts of the coil strand and the lead wires for lead-out use are connected to the connection parts of the terminal block and a tape is wound on the terminal block. CONSTITUTION:An insulating tape 3 is wound on a coil strand 1 wound on a drum part 2a of a coil bobbin 2 in a state that the bigining and the end of the strand 1 are led out to the outside of the bobbin 2. In this state, a terminal block A connected previously with lead wires 4 is placed on the drum part 2a of this bobbin 2 and the block A is fixed by a fixing tape 5 in a state that the bigining and the end of the strand 1 are placed on a fixed plate 8 of the block A. Then, the bigining and the end of the strand 1 are respectively tied up on the connection parts of lug terminals 7, are soldered to the lugs 7, a tape 6 is wound on the block A and a coil is completed. In the case the strength of the lead wires against pulling is to be sufficiently secured, the connection parts of the block A with the lead wires are connected to the lead wires in a state that the core wires of at least the lead wires are pressure-bonded or in a state that the core wires are pressure-welded.
