PURPOSE:To enable to supply hot water to kitchen, lavatory and the like independently of the supply of hot water to a bath and yet prevent the supplying capacity of hot water to a bathtub from lowering. CONSTITUTION:A single hot water supplying pipe provided on a hot water supplying heat exchanger 2 is branched off into two branch pipes. The one branch pipe is provided for supplying hot water to a bathtub 4 as a hot water supplying pipe 3, in the midway of which a water flow rate sensor 6, a stop valve 7 and the like are arranged and in connection with which an automatic hot water supply control part 17 equipped with a hot water supply controller 5 to open and close the stop valve 7 by the signal of said sensor 6. The other branch pipe is provided as a hot water supplying pipe 18, at the end of which terminal apparatuses of kitchen, lavatory and the like such as faucets or the like are connected. Accordingly, when the hot water supply is performed simultaneously to both the bathtub 4 and kitchen and the like, no lowering of hot water supplying capacity to the bathtub is resulted, because the hot water flowing through the branch pipe 18 is directly supplied to the kitchen, lavatory and the like without passing through the water flow rate sensor 6 and the stop valve 7.
