Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain the titled novel polymer poviding a polyurethane polymer having improved physical properties, and improved workability, by polymerizing a lactone through ring opening by the use of a polybutadiene polyol as an initiator. CONSTITUTION:(B) A lactone (preferably epsilon-caprolactone, etc.) is polymerized through ring opening in the presence of a catalyst such as an organotin compound, etc. by the use of (A) a polybutadiene polyol (preferably hydroxyl terminal polybutadiene oligomer having 35-70 hydroxyl number, etc.), to give the desired polymer. The reaction is preferably carried out at 160-180 deg.C.
