Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent foreign matter of >=0.1 mum in diameter from flowing in the mechanical seal of a nuclear reactor cooling material recirculating pump from the seal purging system by providing a hollow yarn filter to the system internal piping of the seal purging system. CONSTITUTION:Purged water is supplied to the mechanical seal 3 used for a shaft sealing part between the nuclear reactor cooling material recirculating pump 1 and a recirculating pump motor 2 by the seal purging system 10 branching from a control rod driving system 4. The purged water is filtered by a suction filter 7 and a driving water filter 8 before and behind a control rod driving water pump 6 and supplied to the seal purging system 10. The purged water branched from the control rod driving system 4 is filtered by the hollow yarn filter 9 arranged in the seal purging system and supplied to the mechanical seal 3 after foreign matter of >=0.1 mum in diameter is removed. Consequently, the possibility of a leak due to the catch of waste in the mechanical seal is reducible.
