Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To obtain a KANRONI (sweet boiled fish) having soft texture and improved palatability by cutting a block of frozen fish paste to obtain a number of semi-finished products having the shape of sand lance, adding seasonings and boiling down the products. CONSTITUTION:Fish paste is ground together with salt, starch and other seasonings and the water-content of the paste is adjusted. The obtained pasty meat is filled in a mold and left standing to obtain a fish paste block 2. The block is boiled, quickly frozen and cut to obtain a number of semi-finished products 3 having the shape of sand lance of about 20mm long and about 1.5mm wide. The product 3 is boiled down together with seasonings such as starch syrup, soy sauce, sodium glutamate and sorbitol.
