Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To correspond to the fine pattern conversion of a wiring by providing input and output terminals of an IC chip on one side of the square IC chip, respectively. CONSTITUTION:The input terminal 21 of an IC chip 2, and an output terminal are provided on one side of the chip 2, and the other side, respectively, and also, input and output wirings 11, 12 on a base material 10 connected conductively by its input and output terminals 21, 22 are placed toward the outside of each side. In such a manner, input and output wirings to the IC chip 2 subjected to wiring onto the base material 10 of a flexible wiring connecting member 1 are simplified, it becomes possible to correspond enough to the minute pattern conversion, and also, a wiring connecting device which can be manufactured easily and whose reliability and durability are satisfactory can be obtained.
