Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To relieve operating loads in connecting work by a method in which 4 angular joint plates are attached to the periphery of the joint between upper and lower square pipe columns and the columns are connected through the joint plates by one-side bolts. CONSTITUTION:A joint structure is formed by attaching 4 angular joint plates 4 to the periphery of the joint between upper and lower square pipe columns 1 and 2. One-side bolts 6 are thrust the through holes formed from the plates 4 to the columns 1 and 2 and fixed by clampers. Since the columns 1 and 2 can be fixed by the bolts 6 through the bolts 6, the welding operation can be easily attained with trouble with welding because the need for welding can be eliminated.
