Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To eliminate the possibility of cracks in the concrete of the foundation beams by placing concrete after joining the reinforcing bars of the foundation beams to the outer steel pipe and steel frame column through matching plates. CONSTITUTION:Reinforced matching plates 2 are respectively fixed to the up and down ends of the outer steel pipe 1 placed in a state to surround the peripheral surface of the lower end of a steel frame column 7 with a space by means of welding, etc. After that, reinforcing bars 4 are joined to the reinforced matching plates 2 with high strength bolts through coupling plates 3. Then, a filling layer 8 such as mortar, etc. is formed between the outer steel pipe 1 and steel frame column 7, and concrete is placed to complete the execution by reinforcing the foundation beams 5 with the reinforcing bars 4. In that way, reinforcing bars of the foundation beams are joined to the outer steel pipe and steel frame column through the reinforced matching plates. According to the constitution, strong joining having no possibility of cracks in the concrete of the foundation beams can be accomplished.
