PURPOSE:To prevent illegality and mistake due to confusion of fixture by indicating a specified mark that distinguishes a proper fixture from next fixture and obtaining refunding information using the mark at the time of refunding. CONSTITUTION:A booking and refunding system is constituted of a booking terminal 20 that issues betting tickets 1, a refunding terminal 30 that reads information of the ticket 1 and refunds, and a host computer 40. When booking, an operator sets semi-fixed information such as year, number of times, etc. and inputs together with item of betting which a better desires. The data are inputted in the computer 40. A consecutive number counting device 41 and a refunding information list 42 that stores consecutive number 421 of fixture and sum of dividened 422 are provided in the computer 40. Every time when fixture is changed, the consecutive number is added by 1 by the counting device 41 and the number is returned to the terminal 20 and indicated on the surface of the pari- mutual ticket 1. When refunding, the consecutive number 421 of the list 42 is compared with the consecutive number indicated on the ticket by the terminal 30 to prevent mistakes due to confusion of fixture.
