HOME CONTROLLER

PURPOSE:To attain tele-monitor telecontrol from an optional telephone set even after occurrence of an emergency input by providing a notice state automatic reply means and a notice stop means to a home controller having an emergency notice means and the tele-monitor telecontrol means. CONSTITUTION:When a monitor controller 11 senses an emergency input such as gas leakage from a various sensor 9, a dial number setting device 12 reads a dial number of a 1st notice destination, which is dialed by a telephone network control section 6. When the 1st notice destination replies with the call within a prescribed time, a voice reply unit 8 sends an emergency message such as 'gas leakage'. A PBR 7 receives a pushbutton signal and when the signal is coincident with a prescribed password, the line is released and the notice is finished. When no reply comes from the 1st notice destination within a prescribed time, the call is interrupted and a call detection of a notice interval time is entered similarly to the case of no password input.
